What is the Lead the Huddle Conference?
Lead the Huddle conference is not just another informative event. It is a transformative experience bringing together the most credible leaders who have reached the pinnacle of success through football.
We focus on the psychology of leadership, team dynamics, and conflict resolution, ensuring that every attendee leaves ready to command respect and drive results. Our attendees will leave with a new foundation for leadership, having inspiration by learning from true leaders who have been battle tested and weathered all storms.

Micaiah Bell
Global Public Speaker & Former Harvard Athlete
Micaiah Bell is a Harrison Hoya, Harvard Football alum and University of Oxford Football alum whose football journey has brought great success and taught many lessons. A global public speaker having spoken in 5 countries to date, he brings a rare mix of both local and global leadership.
He has taken on leadership roles as Captain, Vice President, Unit Leader, and many more, realizing that leadership traits are transferable and can be developed by anyone. Football has been the main driver of his success in life, and he values the experience of being a student-athlete.


Chris Draft
Former NFL Linebacker & Founder of the Team Draft Foundation
Chris Draft is a former NFL linebacker whose career and impact extend far beyond the field. Over a 12-year professional career, Draft became known as a dependable, high-IQ defender and respected locker room leader, totaling more than 800 tackles while playing for several teams, including the Atlanta Falcons. He built his reputation on consistency, toughness, and an ability to elevate those around him.
Following his playing career, Draft’s influence grew even more meaningful through his work off the field. After the passing of his wife, Keasha, from lung cancer just one month after their wedding, he dedicated himself to advocacy, education, and prevention efforts surrounding the disease. Through the Team Draft Foundation, he has become a leading voice in raising awareness about lung cancer and promoting early detection and healthier lifestyles.
Draft has worked alongside major health organizations, spoken at national events, and spearheaded numerous community initiatives aimed at saving lives and supporting families affected by cancer. His transition from NFL veteran to humanitarian leader has earned widespread recognition, as he continues to use his platform to create lasting change.
Chris Draft’s story is one of resilience, purpose, and impact. Defined not just by his years in the NFL, but by his commitment to making a difference long after the game.

Players and coaches receive access to a new, exclusive leadership development app designed specifically for athletes.
Cobb County has 17 schools, and we aim to bring every senior football player from each school to attend. We believe seniors should be prioritized in order to receive the leadership tools necessary to continue their career as an athlete, as a student, and as a citizen.
We aim to bring in a minimum of 400 athletes as attendees for this conference. Our venue will safely accommodate this number and we believe the more athletes that can benefit, the better.
